Funding rebates are capped at 10% annualized, effective Feb 24 at 6:00 AM UTC. Funding rates remain market-driven, but the rebate benefit will not exceed a 10% annualized equivalent. Any rebate accrued prior to this date will be paid in full to eligible participants.
